Thinai Porridge/Millet Porridge (Porridge Mix)  INGREDIENTS  Italian Millet or Thinai - 1/2 cup (dry roasted) Roasted Gram - 1 Tblsp Dry Roasted Oats - 1 Cup   METHOD 1. Powder all the ingredients in a mixie. 2. Sift it through fine mesh sieve. 3. Store in a bottle.  FOR KANJI/PORRIDGE Cook 1 Tblsp of porridge mix with 1/2 cup of watter until thick and creamy.
